Figure 4 — New Non-Residential Projects by Municipality (Number) 2016-2025

This table shows how many projects were completed for each municipality over the past 10 years. The municipalities with the most projects were: West Goshen (37), West Whiteland (34), East Whiteland (24), Tredyffrin (20), Caln (18), and Honey Brook Township (18). All of these townships have ample parcels that are large enough to be developed or redeveloped for non-residential projects. They also have access to major highways. There are 12 municipalities which have no non-residential project in ten years. Six of then are small boroughs, and the rest tend to be municipalities with ample protected open space which limit opportunities for large scale non-residential projects.

Figure 5 — New Non-Residential Projects by Municipality (Number) 2025
